Princess Diaries

So a couple of months ago, I went along
with my parents to Tipu Sultan’s summer palace in Bangalore. I’ve been living
in Bangalore for the past 14 years and didn’t even know that this palace
existed until quite recently. So I paid it a little visit and was quite
impressed with what I saw.
It’s not too big or fancy, but beautiful
nevertheless.
It has been maintained quite well and is a
really nice spot to go to if you’re into palaces or want to have a quick outing
on a Sunday afternoon.
Also, in this post, the location just
brought my whole look together and went so well with the theme.
I think I’ve mentioned it on the blog way
too many times before, that as a child; my ultimate goal in life was to be a
princess.
And this maxi that I bought a while back
totally made me look and feel like one.
Since I’m not big on accessorizing, I opted
for a dainty little bracelet and some big chunky earrings and also went with a
pair of heels. I went all out with the sparkle because the maxi in itself is
quite simple; besides, you can’t be a princess without a little bling!
